WHEN CAN I ATTEND A TRIAL CLASS?

We offer a Complimentary Trial Class so you can get a vibe of our program to see if its a good fit for you. Please arrive at least 15 Minutes early so we can introduce you the coaches, members and give you some first class tips.. We have a no tardy policy. Our goal is to hold you to a high standard so unfortunately if you arrive late at any of your session you will not be able to participate.

WE HEARD XTF ONLY TAKE LIMITED AMOUNT OF MEMBERS AND NOT ALWAYS ACCEPTING MEMBERS?
We currently limit the amount of new members we accept each month. We do this to make sure to provide the highest level of service to our newbie member and current members in the program. We want to make sure our members receive all the support they need to be successful, consistent and have an amazing experience.. We are about Quality Over Quantity.
WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE IT TO A TRIAL CLASS?
Trial Class is not mandatory before officially joining the program. Trial class allows all newcomers to get idea of our culture, community, coaching and the vibe of our program.
I HAVEN’T WORKED OUT IN A LONG TIME / NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE?
We specialize in Newbies & Beginners. Majority of our members have never worked out before or haven’t been consistently working out.
No participant will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. We have a customize level based training system training that allows everyone to progress or modify exercises at their pace.
I HAVE INJURIES AND LIMITATIONS. CAN I STILL JOIN?
We have a lot of member who started with us with injuries and limitation. We offer alternate exercises for our members with limitations and injuries so they can participate in class while getting a great workout.
We recommend for you to schedule a call with us so we can discuss your current situation or condition. We can customize exercises to your training program.

CAN I JUST PAY PER WORKOUT?
Unfortunately No. Our main goal for all of our members is to healthy lifestyle and sustainable results. XTF is a commitment-based program and all of our program requires a minimum of 3, 6, 12 Month commitment. Our program is for someone who want to make fitness a part of their lifestyle
We believe that to get sustainable results requires commitment and consistency. The fact of the matter is that you need and want to exercise consistently to get results, right? We would be doing you a disservice if we allowed anything less than the best. Just popping in every once in a while will unfortunately not get you sustainable results.

ARE YOU GOING TO BE YELLING AT ME LIKE I SEE IN MILITARY BOOT CAMPS
YES!!!, there will be yelling involved – but only in a motivating and healthy manner and to provide instruction and correction. Our classes are all extremely supportive and motivating. You may hear a GREAT JOB, or NICE WORK, DIG DEEP or our favorite GET SOME!!! …but we will never yell in an unsupportive fashion.
WILL I BE SORE?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-4 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve. We will show you how to perform Foam Rolling and Corrective Stretching Strategies to aid with the recovery and injury-prevention.
WHAT KINDS OF PEOPLE GOT TO XTF?
They are people just like you. Moms, Dads, busy executives, doctors, nurses, athletes, grandparents, military, teens, fit, not so fit and many more. More importantly Positive Supportive and Hard Workers. Someone that has tried everything else and still hasn’t found what they are looking for. Over the last 10 Year we have serve over 1,700+ amazing members and over 20,000+ hours of coaching session. We understand that everyone is unique our goal is to provide a personalize experience in a team and supportive environment
HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, bodyweight training, use dumbbells, bands, obstacle courses, core training and battle rope each week. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always be challenged and have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and core stability.
This depends on your level of commitment How much are you willing to change your nutrition and form new healthier habits? Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. Visual Improvement can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a member go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first month . Remember, everyone is different.
WHAT DO I BRING TO CLASS ?
All we ask is to bring AWESOME YOU with great energy, positive attitude and willingness to work hard : ) We provide all the equipment you’ll need for training. We recommend that you bring a towel and refillable water bottle (and shaker cup for your pre- and post-workout drink) and proper workout attire. for greater success and at-home workouts on “off” days, we ask that every member make the one-time investment in a foam roller and lacrosse ball while using our at-home recovery and regeneration program during “off” days. Be sure to NOT come on an empty stomach, you’ll get lightheaded and maybe a little dizzy during the workout. Try to eat something light 30-60 minutes before the workout begins.
HOW DOES NUTRITION FACTOR INTO THE PROGRAM?
We offer a very successful habit based nutrition and accountability coaching program. Our goal is not to overwhelm, but rather to ease you into adopting healthier habits for long-term success. We will help guide you to create a personalize result based meal plan that's going to match your lifestyle.
HOW LONG IS EACH SESSIONS?
Group Training & Private sessions will be between 50-55 minutes.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS/LOCKER ROOMS?
We have 2 bathrooms, which you can change in, but no lockers/showers.
DO YOU HAVE CHILD CARE?
No, Unfortunately we do not have child care at the moment.
IS THIS CROSSFIT?
No XTF is Transformation Coaching program designed for lifestyle change, fat loss, muscle tone and full-body conditioning. We have strong emphasis on losing body fat, building a strong core, functional strength while preventing injuries at the same time.
