HOW TO GET STARTED

CONGRATULATIONS AND THANK YOU FOR THE OPPoRTUNITY!!!

We know there are a lot of options out there so we want to take the time to show our gratitude for showing interest in our program.


Getting Started Is Easy As  1, 2, 3!!!!


STEP 1: SCHEDULE A CALL

Send us a text at 510 427 9242 to schedule you a 15 Mins Discovery Call. During your discovery call. We will answer all of your questions and provide you all the detail you need about the program, and more importantly talk about your Goals and see if we are a great fit for you. n


We also highly suggest going through our website and check out what we are all about and what we have to offer. Make sure to visit our Frequently Ask Questions (F.A.Q) page as it is very thorough and can be very helpful. STEP 2: ATTEND A CLASS 

Try out a class to see if we are good fit for you. 


STEP 3: SCHEDULE AN ORIENTATION & START YOUR TRANSFORMATION.

For any goals to be accomplish. We need to know  what motivates you, your strengths, current struggles and starting point. Then we can set up a Game Plan and provide the necessary guidance to help accomplish those goals and make sure sustain once you reach it. 

                                              

ORIENTATION CLASS TIPS

1. Get a good night’s sleep the  night before and be sure to set your alarm clock (maybe even two of them)

2. Consume some “light food” before coming to class – a cup of oatmeal, a banana, or some greek yogurt – to help alleviate getting dizzy during your workout.

3. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and shoes (no denim or street clothes or shoes). Your clothing should not be too loose; we need to be able to see the form of your body to help instruct you on technique.

4. Bring a bottle of water.

5. Bring a wipe-down towel (in case you get a little sweaty).

6. Please write down any questions you may have, and bring them with you on Sunday, so we may be sure to properly address them during orientation.

7. Please bring a form of payment. We accept cash & all major credit cards (,Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover).
